Returns and exchanges are available within *24* hours (only at the Al Malqa branch)
Method of return and exchange:
-You will return the parts to the Riyadh-Malqa branch within 24 hours
- Communicate with the customer service team by messaging them on WhatsApp (0559111367).
- Provide us with (the order number - specifying the reason for the return - the IBAN number - the name of the bank - the name of the account holder in triple) to submit a return request for you.
- The possibility of exchanging or returning the item at the Riyadh, Al Malqa branch within 24 hours.
Conditions for return and exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and the card on the piece has not been removed, with the invoice, packaging, and complete carton provided.
- The customer bears the shipping cost, but if the product is defective or contains an error, we bear the full costs.
Refund period:
After the product arrives, inspects it, and ensures its safety and the presence of all accessories, the amount will be transferred within 5 working days of receipt.
